Dowling College three-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Dec. 12 – Dowling College’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Dec. 9 by assistant U.S. Trustee Christine H. Black, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

The committee members are Ultimate Power Inc. of West Babylon, N.Y.; Linda Ardito of Huntington, N.Y.; and Lori Zaikowski of Patchogue, N.Y.

Dowling is based in Oakdale, N.Y. The college filed bankruptcy on Nov. 29 under Chapter 11 case number 16-75545.
