Company selling between 200,000 and 1 million common shares in deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 2 – GEX Management, Inc. priced its $1.5 million initial public offering of stock, according to a form S-1 filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell between 200,000 and 1 million common shares at $1.50 apiece on a best-efforts basis.
Proceeds will be used for marketing, advertising, additional staffing, salaries, commissions and general corporate overhead.
The Dallas company provides back office and general business consulting services.
