Fitch gives A to Neuberger Berman fund preferreds

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A long-term rating to $40 million of series D mandatory redeemable preferred shares issued by Neuberger Berman High Yield Strategies Fund Inc.

The fund is managed by Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC.
