Vostok New Ventures plans fixed income investor meetings for new notes

Chicago, Sept. 24 – Vostok New Ventures Ltd. will hold fixed income investor meetings for a potential new SEK-denominated, three-year senior secured bond issue, according to a news release.

Pareto Securities AB has been given the mandate to arrange the meetings, which will start on Friday.

Proceeds from the potential bonds will be used for general corporate purposes, including investments.

The issuer is a Stockholm-based investment company.
