DBRS rates Bell notes BBB

DBRS said it assigned a BBB rating with a stable trend to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, LP's C$400 million of 3.54% senior notes due 2020.

The company plans to use all or substantially all of the proceeds to redeem its 4.95% medium-term notes due Feb. 26, 2014 and for general corporate purposes.
