Gamco continues to invest in Bel Fuse

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 12 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. increased their ownership interest in Bel Fuse Inc. to 10.95% from 9.27% with the purchase of 6,100 shares of the company's stock.

The shares were acquired between Oct. 31 and Nov. 6 at prices from $17.40 to $18.75, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 239,000 shares of the Jersey City electronics company.
