Welltower to conduct offering of notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., June 23 – Welltower Inc. intends to offer dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call followed by a par call.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and investing in health care and seniors housing properties.

The Toledo, Ohio-based real estate investment trust invests in senior housing and health care real estate.
