Renovate America official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 4 – Renovate America, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee includes Steve Blue of SF II Rancho Bernardo, LLC, based in Irvine, Calif.; Aurelia Millender, represented by Stephanie Carroll, based in Los Angeles; and Alma Foster, represented by Stacey L. Tutt, based in Irvine, Calif.

Renovate America is a San Diego-based provider of financing solutions for environmentally friendly home improvement projects. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 21 under Chapter 11 case number 20-13172.
