New York, Aug. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.81 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 24, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain, capped at par plus 11.5%.
If the fund declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
