New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.58 million barrier digital notes on Nikkei, EM ETF

Chicago, Aug. 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.58 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Aug. 12, 2024 linked to the Nikkei 225 index and the MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of the worse performing underlying is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 70% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 45%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing underlying from its initial level.
