JPMorgan plans return notes on European Dividend Futures 2017 index

New York, July 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% return notes due Dec. 20, 2017 linked to the European Dividend Futures 2017 (USD) index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. will guarantee the securities.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return multiplied by the index adjustment factor of 99.7%. Investors will receive less than par if the index declines or gains by less than 0.3009%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 8 and settle on July 13.

The Cusip number is 46646ENP3.
