Costa Brava buys 288,030 shares of Bassett Furniture

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 17 - Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. investors led by Costa Brava Partnership III LP bought 288,030 shares of the company's stock between Oct. 10 and Oct. 17 priced from $6.60 to $6.64 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors have a 1.88% stake in the Bassett, Va., home furnishings company.
