VistaJet to pay down some loan facilities with notes proceeds

New York, May 1 – VistaJet plans to prepay outstanding principal amounts of debt under certain loan facilities, which will include the revolving credit facility, the bridge loan and some aircraft facilities, with proceeds from a $500 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Any remaining proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

VistaJet is a Malta-based private aviation platform.
