New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.68 million notes linked to 20 stocks

Tacoma, Wash., July 3 - Morgan Stanley priced $2.68 million of 0% market-linked notes due July 6, 2015 linked to a basket of common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The equally weighted basket includes the common stocks of Abbott Laboratories, Altria Group, Inc., Amgen Inc., AT&T Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Coca-Cola Co., Colgate-Palmolive Co., ConocoPhillips, General Electric Co., Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods Inc., McDonald's Corp., Merck & Co., Inc., Pepco Holdings, Inc., Pfizer Inc., Philip Morris International Inc., Procter & Gamble Co., Southern Co., Verizon Communications Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, subject to a minimum return of 6% and a maximum return of 17.5%.
