New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.14 million notes linked to 15 common stocks

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 10 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.14 million of 0% notes due July 10, 2018 linked to a basket of common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The equally weighted basket includes Altria Group, Inc., Coca-Cola Co., ConocoPhillips, International Business Machines Corp., Johnson & Johnson, McDonald's Corp., Merck & Co., Inc., Mondelez International, Inc. (formerly known as Kraft Foods Inc.), Novartis AG, Proctor & Gamble Co., Roche Holding Ltd., Royal Dutch Shell plc, Total SA, Unilever NV and Vodafone Group plc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
