Bertelsmann to redeem €500 million 0.25% notes due May 26

New York, March 2 – Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGAA plans to early redeem its €500 million 0.25% notes due May 26, 2021 (ISIN: XS161928321), according to a company notice.

The notes will be redeemed April 26 at par plus interest.

The media conglomerate is based in Guetersloh, Germany.
