New Issue: Barclays prices $50 million floating rate notes on SOFR

Columbus, Ohio, April 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $50 million of floating rate notes due July 10, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be SOFR plus a 65 basis points spread, subject to a 0.65% floor. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Barclays is the agent.
