Moody’s: view on three Mexican companies to negative

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the ratings on three non-financial companies operating in Mexico. The outlook changes and affirmations follow the downgrade of Mexico’s ratings to Baa1 from A3 and the maintenance of a negative outlook on Friday.

The agency affirmed America Movil, SAB de CV’s global scale senior unsecured and gtd senior unsecured ratings at A3 and its junior subordinated ratings at Baa2.

Grupo Televisa, SAB’s global scale senior unsecured ratings were affirmed at Baa1.

Moody’s affirmed Coca-Cola Femsa, SAB de CV’s global scale gtd senior unsecured ratings at A2.
