Thailand’s G Capital plans up to 300 million baht 1˝-year debentures

Madison, Wis., Aug. 8 – G Capital PCL said it plans to issue up to 300 million baht of 1˝-year debentures.

The total amount of debentures outstanding at any time, including the company’s existing debentures, is not to exceed 800 million baht, or the equivalent in other currencies, according to a notice.

The company’s board of directors approved the upcoming offering at its meeting on Thursday.

The new debentures are expected to be issued by November.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

Based in Bangkok, G Capital provides hire-purchase agreements for agricultural machinery as well as asset and personal loans.
