New Issue: Bank of China, Hong Kong sells $500 million ¾% notes due 2024

Chicago, Feb. 4 – Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch sold $500 million ¾% notes due 2024 (A1/A/A), according to a listing notice.

Joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Bank of China, Bank of China (Hong Kong), BOC International, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB and Citigroup.
