Lindorff talks €250 million two-part notes add-on for Tuesday pricing

Portland, Ore., Nov. 4 – Norway’s Lindorff Group set price talk for a €250 million add-on offering of secured notes (B2/BB-) in two tranches that is slated to price later Tuesday, according to a market source.

The Oslo-based financial information and services company talked a proposed €150 million to €175 million tap of its 7% senior secured notes due Aug. 15, 2021 at 100.5 to 100.75.

In addition Lindorff talked a proposed €75 million to €100 million add-on to its Euribor plus 550 basis points floating-rate secured notes due Aug. 15, 2020 at 98.5 to 98.75.

Goldman Sachs International is the global coordinator and physical bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. Deutsche Bank and Nordea are the joint bookrunners.
