Indonesia's Bank Niaga to shop $100 million 10-year note offering next week in Asia

St. Louis, June 28 - Indonesia's PT Bank Niaga will start a roadshow next week for a $100 million offering of 10-year lower tier II subordinated notes, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected by the end of the July 4 week.

Citigroup and CIMB are the bookrunners.

The bonds will come with five years of call protection.

The prospective issuer is a commercial bank based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
