Indonesia's Bank Niaga to sell $100 million 10-year subordinated notes in Q1 2005

St. Louis, Dec. 10 - Indonesia's Bank Niaga plans to sell 10-year lower tier 2 subordinated notes during the first quarter of 2005, according to a market source.

Citigroup and CIMB Bhd. have the bookrunning mandate.

The notes are expected to come with five years of call protection.
