Warner Music’s WMG unit to redeem $26.55 million of 5 5/8% notes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 4 – Warner Music Group Corp. subsidiary WMG Acquisition Corp. plans to redeem $26.55 million of its 5 5/8% senior secured notes due 2022, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 5 at 102.813% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Following the partial redemption, $220.95 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

Warner is a New York-based music content company.
