Wipro completes tender offer for Infocrossing

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 18 - Wipro Ltd. said some 20,465,514 shares were validly tendered in the $18.70-per-share tender offer by its subsidiary Roxy Acquisition Corp. for Infocrossing, Inc.

The companies announced a definitive agreement on Aug. 6, and the tender offer expired on Monday.

Wipro now holds at least 90% of Infocrossing's outstanding shares. The company said it will complete the acquisition through a short-form merger "as soon as practicable," according to a company news release.

Infocrossing is a Leonia, N.J., information technology outsourcing solutions provider.

Wipro provides information technology services and is based in Bangalore, India.
