Winmark investor's stake in company drops

Charlotte, N.C., April 21 - Winmark Corp. investor Ronald G. Olson sold 78,589 shares of the company's stock between April 10, 2007 and April 3, 2008 priced from $18.00 to $21.50 each.

The investor beneficially owns 913,738 shares, or 16.5%, of the Minneapolis-based retail store franchiser, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On March 17, 2007, Olson reported beneficial ownership of 992,327 shares, or 17.6%, of Winmark.
