Wilmington Small-Cap Strategy Fund ups operating expenses by 0.06%

San Diego, April 4 - The Wilmington Small-Cap Strategy Fund raised its total annual fund operating expenses by 0.06%, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Both share classes added 0.06% in acquired fund fees and expenses to bring the total expenses to 0.56% for class A shares and 0.31% for class I shares.

Wilmington, Del.-based Wilmington Funds Management Corp. is the investment adviser.
