New Issue: Williamson County, Texas, offers $71.75 million of refunding bonds

New York, April 18 - Williamson County, Texas, sold $71.75 million of series 2013 limited tax refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AAA/AAA) were sold through senior managers Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and BOSC Inc.

The bonds are due 2021 to 2032 with term bonds due in 2014 and 2017. The serial coupons range from 3% to 4%. The 2014 bonds have a 1% coupon priced at 100.537, and the 2017 bonds have a 2% coupon priced at 104.903.

Proceeds will be used to advance refund certain of the county's ad valorem tax obligations for a debt service savings.
