Wells Fargo to price CDs linked to Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 6 - Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Jan. 29, 2016 linked to the Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 60% to 70% that will be set at pricing. Investors will receive at least par.

The CDs will price Jan. 22 and settle Jan. 29.
