WCI Communities $200 million 10-year notes talked at 9 1/8%-9 3/8%, pricing Thursday

St. Louis, Mo., April 17 - Price talk of 9 1/8%-9 3/8% emerged Wednesday on WCI Communities, Inc.'s offering of $200 million 10 year senior subordinated notes (B1/B), according to syndicate sources who added that the deal will price Thursday.

UBS Warburg is the bookrunner. Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Fleet Securities are co-managers.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The company is a homebuilder based in Bonita Springs, Fla.
