Highbridge sells some 2.1 million shares of WCI Communities' stock, reduces ownership to less than 5%

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 12 - Investors led by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC sold 2,195,000 shares of WCI Communities, Inc. stock, reducing their ownership in the company to 4.02%.

The shares were sold between Oct. 18 and Dec. 11, priced from $4.50 to $5.94 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 1,691,300 shares of the WCI's outstanding stock.

WCI is a Bonita Springs, Fla., builder of master-planned lifestyle communities.
