Wall Street Systems places $450 million incremental term loan

New York, June 4 – Wall Street Systems Delaware Inc. privately placed a $450 million incremental first-lien term loan due November 2024 at pricing of Libor plus 500 basis points, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank is the agent bank.

Proceeds were used to fund the acquisition of Allegro Development Corp.

Wall Street Systems is a provider of treasury management, central banking and FX trade processing solutions.
