Vyrian prices $3 million initial public offering of its common stock

Offering consists of 30 million common shares sold at $0.10 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 30 - Vyrian Inc. priced its $3 million initial public offering of stock in a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 30 million common shares at $0.10 per share on a self-underwritten, best-efforts basis.

The company seeks to trade its shares on the OTCBB.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures and working capital.

The electronics parts manufacturer is based in Houston.
