Fitch affirms Volt

Fitch Ratings said it has affirmed Volt Information Sciences, Inc. ratings as follows: issuer default rating affirmed at BB; $42 million senior unsecured facility due February 2013 affirmed at BB; and secured 8.2% $12 million term loan affirmed at BBB-.

Also affected is Volt Delta Resources, Inc. with issuer default rating affirmed at BB; and $75 million senior secured facility due December 2009 affirmed at BBB-.

The outlook has been revised to negative from stable.

According to the agency, the revision in the outlook to negative reflects the uncertainties posed by the unknown depth and breadth of the current recession and its effect on Volt's primary line of business--the staffing segment.
