Vistaprint starts roadshow for $250 million seven-year notes offering

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Sept. 8 – Vistaprint NV began a roadshow on Monday for a $250 million offering of seven-year senior notes (expected ratings B2/B), according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal is set to price Friday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Santander are the joint bookrunners. Fifth Third Bank, HSBC and RBS Securities are the senior co-managers.

The notes become callable after three years at par plus 75% of the coupon.

The Netherlands-based provider of advertising and marketing merchandise plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt.
