Vision Logistics gets $190 million credit facility

New York, Aug. 11 - Vision Logistics Holding Corp. closed on a new $190 million senior secured credit facility, according to a news release.

CIT Group acted as the co-arranger on the deal.

Proceeds were used to help fund the acquisition of the four operating businesses of Vision Logistics and combine them to create a provider of transportation and logistics management services for oil and gas exploration and production activities in the Gulf of Mexico.
