Viacom investors Gamco, Gabelli buy 236,045 shares for 11.02% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 6 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management, Inc. and Gabelli Funds, LLC bought an additional 236,045 shares of Viacom Inc. stock between Sept. 8 and Nov. 5 priced from $26.6288 to $31.45 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Gamco, Gabelli and their affiliates beneficially own 5,767,422 shares, or 11.02%, of the New York-based entertainment content company.
