Banco de Sabadell talks preferreds in mid-swaps plus 255 bps area

Chicago, Nov. 2 – Banco de Sabadell SA is talking an offering of six-year senior preferred green notes in the mid-swaps plus 255 basis points area, according to an announcement.

The notes will have five years of call protection.

Bookrunners on the deal include Banco Sabadell, BofA Securities, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Natixis.

The private banking group is based in Spain.
