Banco de Sabadell talks four-year green notes at mid-swaps plus 250 bps area

Concord, N.H., March 16 – Banco de Sabadell SA was talking an offering of four-year green senior notes to yield in the area of mid-swaps plus 250 basis points, according to a notice Wednesday.

The non-preferred securities are non-callable for three years.

Banco Sabadell, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Natixis and Nomura are bookrunners of the Regulation S deal.

The private banking group is based in Spain.
