Peninsula Capital reports 5.17% passive stake in Versant

Philadelphia, Nov. 13 - Peninsula Capital Management, LP reported an investment of 5.17% in Versant Corp. as of Oct. 13, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 194,012 shares.

Versant is a Redwood City, Calif., developer of database management systems.
