New Issue: Verisk Analytics prices $500 million of 3.625% 30-year notes at 230 bps spread

Tupelo, Miss., May 8 – Verisk Analytics, Inc. (Baa2/BBB/BBB+) priced $500 million of 3.625% 30-year senior notes at a spread of Treasuries plus 230 basis points on Friday, according to a market source and an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Initial price talk was in the 262.5 bps over Treasuries area.

The notes priced at 98.97 to yield 3.682%.

BofA Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the bookrunners.

The data analytics provider is based in Jersey City, N.J.
