Guatemala’s Bantrab talks $100 million 10-year notes at 10½% area

Atlanta, April 27 – Guatemala’s Banco de los Trabajadores (Bantrab) set talk in the 10½% area for a $100 million offering of 10-year notes (B2//B+), a market source said.

Deutsche Bank is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The notes are expected to price Tuesday or Wednesday.

The lender is based in Guatemala City.
