By Tali David

Minneapolis, March 6 - Van Kampen Unit Trusts, Series 1203 gave more details about the units of its Technology Portfolio 2012-2 registered in an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Houston-based Van Kampen Funds Inc.

The portfolio will seek to provide capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of stocks included in the Morgan Stanley Technology Index as of the close of business of the New York Stock Exchange on a date to be specified.

The units will each carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%, consisting of a 1% initial sales charge, a 1.45% deferred sales charge and a 0.5% creation and development fee. The sales charge may be reduced on a sliding scale to 1.2% based on the amount of the investment.

The trust will have an initial date of deposit in March.
