Fitch withdraws rating on Valley Health, Calif.

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded to CC from CCC the rating on about $79.5 million of bonds issued by Valley Health System, Calif., and withdrew the rating on the system's outstanding bonds.

Fitch said the rating was withdrawn because of lack of ongoing disclosure.
