Vail Resorts shareholder Ralcorp Holdings cuts stake to 16.8%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 25 - A group of Vail Resorts, Inc. investors led by Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. sold 308,100 shares on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 priced at $35.5724 and $35.0850 each, respectively, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own approximately 6.19 million shares, or 16.8%, of the Broomfield, Colo., mountain resort operator.
