U-Store-It shareholder withdraws nominations

Charlotte, N.C., March 6 - U-Store-It Trust shareholder Todd C. Amsdell withdrew the nomination of himself and David P. Horton for election to the company's board of directors, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Amsdell made the nominations in January.

The investor beneficially owns 8,331,384 shares, or 14.4%, of the Cleveland-based real estate investment trust.

U-Store-It operates self-storage facilities in the United States.
