US Oncology plans to seek amendment regarding covenants

New York, Nov. 8 - US Oncology Holdings Inc. plans on seeking an amendment to its credit facility during the fourth quarter to address covenants that will become more restrictive, according to a news release.

Based upon current estimates, the company believes it can maintain compliance with these restrictive covenants through Sept. 30, 2008.

US Oncology is a Houston-based cancer services company.
