Uranium Energy prices $20.02 million public stock offering at $3.60

Dundee Securities, Global Hunter, CIBC and Haywood to assist with sale

Knoxville, Tenn., April 2 - Uranium Energy Corp. priced a $20.02 million public sale of stock with a $3 million greenshoe in a prospectus supplement filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 5.56 million common shares at $3.60 apiece. The price per share is a 7.69% discount to the March 30 closing share price of $3.90.

Dundee Securities Ltd. is the bookrunner. Global Hunter Securities LLC, CIBC World Markets Inc. and Haywood Securities Inc. will also assist.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and development expenditures and general corporate and working capital purposes.

Uranium Energy is a resource company based in Austin, Texas.
