By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Sept. 10 - The Board of Regents of the University of Texas System is set to price $543 million in series 2010 revenue financing system Build America Bonds on Tuesday, said a sales calendar.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/AAA) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as the senior manager.

Proceeds from the deal will be used to refinance $21.3 million in outstanding tax-exempt commercial paper notes and to fund various capital improvement projects.
