University of Pittsburgh preps $100 million of higher education notes

New York, July 1 – The University of Pittsburgh is set to price $100 million of Pitts Asset Notes – Tax-Exempt Higher Education Registered Series of 2015, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes will be offered through Barclays.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to finance university capital expenditures and refund its series 2014 Panthers.
